In rice flour, adding water, knead the dough. Then the dough is well interfered in a homogeneous mass without leaving lumps. Then a large baking sheet is taken and lubricated with oil. It is put on fire. The prepared dough from rice flour is filled into a funnel with holes and special movements cross strips are poured on the prepared baking tray. Thin pita breads are cooked on fire for 1 minute. The whole portion of the dough is cooked in pita bread. Ready - made pita breads are stacked on top of each other. Fried finely chopped nuts are mixed with finely chopped cilantro seeds. Put 6 pita breads, then, 1 cm thick, put the nuts. One more lavash is put on top and nuts are again filled up. The upper layer of khalva is solid, and the edges are folded inwards. Above, khalva is decorated with saffron - colored paint. The pan is placed on the fire on another baking tray. Spinning the baking sheet with khalva hands is prepared. The ready khalva is transferred to another baking sheet filled with sherbet, and the top is also filled with sherbet.
